I am a small shop and unless you currently have an account with me
It will be several months before I can look at your order!

To order wholesale I will require a PST form filled out,
with your vendors number and all pertinent information!
As well I will need Credit Information and references
for your store!

There is a minimum order of $100.00 plus shipping and C.O.D. charges.
Designs may change.

Shipping is extra.
